Jwala Kotesh is a Hyderabad-based independent photojournalist documenting the social, economic and human stories behind major events and everyday life.

His reporting spans breaking news, politics, business, public health, labour, agriculture, sports and the environment across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. From coastal shrimp farms to crowded city streets, his work looks closely at how wider forces shape individual lives.

With experience in a regional newspaper newsroom and as an independent contributor, he brings a grounded editorial approach to news assignments and documentary projects. His photographs are distributed internationally through NurPhoto.
